IT’S HERITAGE DAY AT THE ANCHORAGE! Get ready for the ultimate Spitbraai experience! This September, we’re celebrating our heritage the best way we know how – around the fire with a feast fit for a king.

THE SPIT:Whole Pork Leg: Slow-roasted and basted with a sweet & sticky apricot glaze.
Peri-Peri Chicken: Free-range chickens basted with our signature fiery peri-peri sauce.
FROM UNDER THE SPIT:“Onder die Spit-Bredie”: A flavourful stew of boerewors, tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, onions, carrots and potatoes, cooked slow in the dripping fat. (You HAVE to try this!)
