We’re firing up the spit for a mouth-watering menu thatβs pure South African magic:

THE SPIT:
Whole Pork Leg: Slow-roasted and basted with a sweet & sticky apricot glaze.
Peri-Peri Chicken: Free-range chickens basted with our signature fiery peri-peri sauce.

FROM UNDER THE SPIT:
“Onder die Spit-Bredie”: A flavourful stew of boerewors, tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, onions, carrots and potatoes, cooked slow in the dripping fat. (You HAVE to try this!)
SIDES:
Pap & Sous Bar with creamy mieliepap, tomato & onion sauce, and spicy chakalaka.
Grilled Mielies with garlic butter.
Fresh Green Salad with lettuce, cucumber, and avo.

FOR THE KIDDOS:
We’ll have stokbrood ready for the little ones to make their own over the fire! (And pieces of boerewors to add in, of course).

DESSERT:
The classic taste of home: creamy, decadent Milktart.
