-Delivery and set-up of all activities as arranged by the client on the day, prior to the start of the event.
-Clients to be briefed beforehand clearly informed and instructed on the day’s program and activities.
-Facilitators to accompany clients throughout the course of the whole event and be of any assistance to them in any way regarding the activities for the day.
